Floorplanner Connects Realtors and Surveyors with Tubes

San Diego, September 26, 2007 -- Floorplanner.com, an online tool that takes ease-of-creation for floorplans to a new level, announced today at the Demofall 07 conference in San Diego that they have extended the usefulness of their application for real estate professionals beyond the web, by partnering with Tubes. Tubes' innovative combination of offline functioning and peer-to-peer file sharing has made it possible for Floorplanner to streamline communications between homeowners, Realtors, and professional surveyors. Floorplanner with Tubes gives customers the freedom to access and add information... anytime, anywhere.

The Problem - Too Much E-mail, Too Little Communication

When a homeowner decides to sell their house, an incredible amount of information beings flowing between homeowner, Realtor, surveyor, and potential buyers. Photos, documents, plans, and more are sent, revised, re-sent, sent to someone new, re-revised and re-sent again. It takes too much organization, too much focus, and most importantly, too much time. "Realtors are on-the-go people," said Floorplanner CEO Jeroen Bekkers, "We've been saving people effort with Floorplanner from the beginning. Now, with Tubes, we're going to save them time, too."

The Solution - Floorplanner Shows, and Tubes Tells

Floorplanner, using Tubes, offers an easier way. A Realtor can take photos of a house, transfer them onto a laptop with Tubes installed, and drop them onto the surveyor's(and potential buyers') names. They'll be sent as soon as an internet connection is present. No delaying, no reminders, no waiting until after a meeting is over or until there's a chance to log in to e-mail.

When the surveyor arrives, they'll be able to use Floorplanner's powerful toolset in an offline version, then drop the completed floorplan into Tubes. Just as with the Realtor's photos or any documents the homeowner must provide, any revised versions will be sent automatically to the same people that received the originals. You do the work once, Tubes does the work for the rest.
