I have completed my ground floor plan of a house and I now want to start on the first floor. Does anybody know how to get a first floor?

I have created a ground floor in 2D view, I saved it now I would like to view it in 3D but when I click on it I just get a blank blue screen. Can you please help me

After getting onto the 3D option I have noticed 1 problem. Not all the furniture shows up on the 3D plan. Can you please tell me why
