I have drawn some plans, but cannot get them to save.
I have a Linux operating system and have tried saving with both Firefox and Konqueror. Does anyone else have the same problem when using a web browser other than Internet Explorer? I can’t think of any other reason why my plans won’t save!

Hi Froggie,
We usually test on Firefox on both OSX and Windows systems, and that works. We haven’t tested on Linux systems though, but I wonder if that could be the cause of it. What version of firefox do you use, and can you give the link to your plan, then we can check if it works here.

iim new to floorplanner can you make a second floor or do you have to make a new plan?

Hi,
for more than 1 floor you need a plus or a pro account. Although, if you migrate your plan to the new Beta version, you can have up to 5 floors with a free account, and a maximum of 2 plans. The Beta has a lot more options, but it is still in beta though, some minor functions are still under construction.
