Floor types

I was using floor types, like wood, tile, etc., and now I can’t find them. How do I access this?

Hello,
There’s no menu with properties showing up when you click on the floor? Sometimes it helps to click twice or on the floor name.
Maybe there’s something wrong in your plan or at your location, could you give us the link to your plan, your browser type and from what country you are using the floorplanner?
