I have had several issues with Flash player. It says the script has caused it to be unrespnsive, but it only happens occasionally and on this site only. Sometimes refreshinf the page works, but other times it doesn’t/ What are some tips?

Hmm, I’m not sure. Can you tell us, do you have a fast internet connection? Sometimes, when loadingspeed is too low this may occur. Aso, if you send us the link to your plan and tell us which browsertype you use, we can have a look.

Hello again,
We’ve looked at your plan and think we know what the cause might be; You’re plan looks extrodinarily big; usually people don’t make such big plans and this may be the cause of the flashplayer being unresponsive; big proportions mean that big amounts of textures have to be calculated, and Floorplanner may not be designed and tested for this. Especially the green area and borders around it may be costing flash to crash; but we can’t test this for your personal situation. I did notice that also the zooming doesn’t work very good with this area. So I would try keeping area’s and borders smaller if possible. I hope this tip can help you with it…

Thanks…
My zoom seems to be mostly fine though.
However, I have noticed some objects (mainly noticed in the kitchen area) to seem to shift places slightly after saving, opening up the plan again, or zooming out/in. Is this related to the size of my plan as well? Thanks again.

I guess you didn’t notice my last post. (Sorry if that sounded mean).

Hi, sorry, we missed your last remark… I tried to reproduce your problem by saving opening and zooming; I couldn’t see any shifting taking place; I’m not sure what may cause this… If we find something we’ll let you know.
