Flash Plugin Problem

Hi, I have an updated flash plugin but i still cannot see the floorplan which i did earlier. Can anyone advise me? Thanks. |

I’ve got the same problem in two browers. It keeps saying : This application requires the Adobe Flash Player. But the tryit link http://www.floorplanner.com/tryit/ works fine. |

Which version of the Flash Player do you have? You can see it on this page in the balloon on the right-top side of the page. |

Gert-Jan? Sounds Dutch. It says I have player 9,0,124,0 installed and I’m up to date. Already cleared cache and cookies but that didn’t solve it. |

i used to have that problem, but if i waited a bit longer, it loaded up eventually. |

sorry for the delay, moving to a new house (therefore the flooplanner ;)) I’m using windows XP, tried Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2 and 3. All three have the same issue. It’s very strange that I can use the demo but not my own. Already removed all temporary files, buffers and cookies but that didn’t work. |
