Hi,
I am having problems with the 3D view: when I switch to 3D what I get looks like a 3 D view, I can rotate and zoom in/out, but the floor is completely flat. Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Here is my project:

Thanks
Anna

If you mean you see the walls, doors and windows in 3D and the furniture is flat, as white sketches on the that there’s nothing wrong with your 3D view. At the moment we are working on getting other elements in 3D too but it my take some time before it’s finished. Otherwise please report back because there may be a bug in your viewer.

Thanks Nico.
The thing is, the behavior is not consistent. Most of the times the walls are flat too. The furniture shows up as you say as white sketches, but not all furniture is visible. I did get to see the walls a few times, some of the windows and doors were there some were not.

Hi, I have the same problems as annapanna in 3D mode but only some times. I hope you will fix and improve the 3D in near feature so the money spent on upgrading is worth it. Great planner tool by the way. I am using it since we are building a brand new house and garden.
