I’m trying without any luck to set the drawing scale. I draw
a line and enter the length, press ok. But the next line I
draw goes back to the default scale. Any suggestions ?

Setting a scale is only for uploaded backgrounds. If you don’t use a background picture you don’t need to set a scale as floorplanner drawings are always on scale.

I don’t get it! How do I set 1/4” = 1’, or 1/8” = 1’? What does that mean “floorplanner drawings are always drawn on scale” I put om archiectual rule on the printed drawing, and it doesn’t match any of the scales.

The scale is correct in the online view. If you draw a plan and put in furniture, these furniture items are always on scale compared to doors, walls and windows. It’s not that the printed plan are always on scale, this really depends on what papersize + printer you are using and quite difficult for us to take into account as there are so many different printers+ settings. We are however working on this..

That shouldn’t be a problem… Zoom out and draw your area’s or rooms as big as you want. Does that work?
