I checked your plan, and it also didn’t load, but only when the loader was at 91%. We have found some problems with some plans loading in 3D and trying to find out what may cause it. What type of browser do you use, do you use Windows XP, Vista or OSX and can you tell us how fast is your internet connection?

Since the new version was installed, I have the same problem too. Nothing loads in 3D, I just get a blank screen without loader (saying ‘done’ at the bottem…..). I have both tried it in Windows Vista and Windows XP, both with fast enough internet connection.

i have windows XP and my internet is 576.0 Kbps

I can load the 2D one fine, but just not the 3D version of my design.

I could load the 3D version too, anyone know if this is a permanat problem or just short term?

We’re working on it right now and I think we found the problem. I will keep you all up to date on our progress.

Yes, 3D works again, alltough slow (much slower than before the installation of the new version).

Yes the 3D works now YIPEE its quite hard 2 go around though LOL

Have a same problem in a way, If I place any object on the plan, the 3D view won’t load. Stops below 10%. If I click on 3d objects in 3d settings, the percentage goes up to 100%, but it still won’t load.
Doors+Walls works great on 3D.
Flashdrv lib64flashplayer.so
Shockwave Flash 10.0 r32
Firefox 3.5.5 or Chromium latest
Tested on XP, newest flash too, with no luck
