Floor elevation difference possible on a single story?

I am designing an additional room to our existing home, however it will be at a slightly lower elevation. The original home was built high on its foundation, so the new room will be about 3 1/2 feet lower – set right above ground level. I can change the elevation of walls, however I cannot seem to find a way to change the base elevation of floors. Is this possible? Thanks!

Yes, this is possible but room surfaces can’t have a negative elevation. You’ll have to set the rest of the rooms higher. You need to click on a room surface, select the “i” in the mini menu and choose “edit height”.

I have a similar situation where I did the entire house and then remembered the garage goes down 2 feet. Is there a way to adjust the elevation of everything without going through every single element?
