I have tried changing flash settings, I have tried printing from FireFox instead of IE. I still get the same black bar with a very small icon-sized floorplan. This does not help me! Can someone please help me figure out why this won’t print properly?

I am having the same problem. I’ve tried deleting TIF’s, and that did not work. Printing worked fine up until about 2 weeks ago. Then I started getting the small icon-size floorplan.

I have also upgraded to Flash 10 – that does not help either.

Same problem – also, sometimes there is a program freeze when I try to print.

That’s strange. Can you tell me what browser and operating system you use? We’re going to take a look at it.
