how to view in 3d?

hey,

I created a floor plan, however when I select 3D view nothing happens it doesn’t do anything…

Loads fine here. Nice plan! Are you using google chrome for windows? That can still give some issues for 3D. If so, try IE, Firefox or Safari.

i`ve got the same problem, can`t see my plan in 3d.
why ?is it becuse i have the free version?

Im having the same issue, but with only one of my designs, so it is not a browser issue…
