I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM:(

When I change rom 2D to 3D,not all of the placed objects appear (even though I only use the 3D ones) and this causes program freeze.

Are you using flashplayer 10? it may help to download latest flashplayer here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
If this doesn’t help, can you give us the url to your plan, the type of browser your using, the latest flash plugin and type of operating system (WindowsXP, OSx etc) you are using? then we can check out what’s wrong..
