Best is to duplicate your design to another floor; It’s easier to do it before you start furnishing; then you don’t have to delete all the items. You can find the duplicate item behind the design name in the design list.

I guess you use stairs and then use the flooring in the kitchen thing. I never tried it before but it’s worth it
