1024x768px won't export with PLUS account

Help! 1024×768 won’t export with PLUS account. Only the smaller one works. The larger option spins and spins, even after leaving it for much more than the suggested few minutes. I’m using a brand new MacBook Pro with a cable internet connection, so it can’t be the connection. Help!! THANKS!!!

btw, was it the 2D or 3D export that failed, or both? which browser were you using, and from which country?

I have the same problem and the 3D program disconnect my computer sometimes.
