This is currently not possible but we’re working hard on the option to change the height of elements and floors so we hope to release this feature soon.

Would love to see this feature soon – it’s almost possible but the doors remain at ground level.

I created a split level plan by starting with the lowest level at an elevation of zero then adding the next floor with the appropriate elevation, and adding in stairs.

You just have to remember to change the elevation for all features on the upper floor, including walls, windows and furniture.

I’m in the UK and split level apartments might be different here but it worked for me!
