Yes, unfortunately exporting images can sometimes take quite a few minutes… it also depends on your internet connection. What was the size of your export?

It is blanked out and wont let me export

I’m facing the same problem, I can’t choose the size to export even… what’s going on actually? I’m actually looking for the solution of this. tx!

I have the same problem. It will not let me select the size to import in Firefox or IE.

I have this problem. The export function screen is not responsive

You can’t export an image with a Free account. You need to have a Plus, Pro or Business account. Sorry for the confusion.

According to the Product Comparison Chart, export is only available with Pro account or higher — do you mean that Plus account has this too?

I would really like to have the export feature, but the other parts of the Pro account (higher plans count, published plans, branding) are not of any interest, so 200 € p.a. is not at all attractive.

Perhaps another account option with export (preferred)? Or maybe (low) cost-per-export?

Hello Hameau,

You can export images up to the size of 1024×768 pixels with a PLUS account. Both in PNG or JPG format.
