Wall issues
Is there a way to make a wall attach to another wall at a place other than the center of the wall? I have a couple of walls on my plan that have thick sections but only on one side. I can split the wall and change the thickness, but then it bulges in both directions.
Also, when I change the thickness of the wall, and log in later, the thickness has changed. If I change it to 7 inches, it changes to 7.1 inches. If I change it to 6 inches, it becomes 5.9 inches. What’s going on?

When you want to attach a new wall at the center of another wall, you have to splits the wall. You do this at the position where you want to add the new one. Click on the wall and choose “split wall” in the menu. Then you can draw the new wall from the new point. It seems like some kind of rounding error. We’ll look into it. 2009/03/23

I’m having the same problem…I need 6" thick walls, but it keeps changing them to 5.9" 2009/04/23
